Folx Foundation, Inc is a non-profit entity registered in the state of Florida. We provide free sexually transmitted infection testing, insurance assistance for no-cost prescription HIV/AIDS medication prevention, and offer counseling and linkage to care for treatment of sexually transmitted infections.
